- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a managerial role within a retail or healthcare industry.
- A professional and approachable demeanour with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of financial management, legal requirements and compliance
- Ability to work under pressure

Salary will be commensurate with your level of experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
