**Claims Support Officer | Melbourne, VIC**

As a Claims Support Officer within our Workers Compensation division your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional quality of service to both our internal and external customers.
You will work with and support a team of experienced case managers and ensure that business objectives are met through quality processing, whilst adhering to service and compliance standards and resolving internal and external queries.
**You will be Responsible for**:
- Working with customers, team members and third parties to find solutions consistent with customer needs, business objectives and relevant legislation.
- Effectively managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, providing high levels of customer service.
- Processing and completing allocated work within required timeframes.
- Ensuring data is maintained through correct and accurate data entry.
- Responding to task related queries from various stakeholders and escalating as required.
- Proactively working within a team environment and actively contributing to team goals.
- Adhering to Allianz policies and procedures including customer standards, record keeping obligations and privacy requirements.

- A positive attitude and the ability to deliver high quality services and positive customer experiences.
- Aa ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy, with the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies with information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity.
- Experience and familiarity with MS Office and Outlook technology involving data entry.
- Proven experience with processing, payments, admin and records management.
