**About the Role**

Community Access activities include social support and companionship, recreational and community-based activities, behavioural support, providing transportation.

Assistance with personal care can include, light domestic duties, meal preparation, cleaning and accompanying clients to attend appointments.

As a Disability Support Worker you could be working in people's homes and/or in the community. Duties and responsibilities focus is always on supporting a person to lead a fulfilling and more independent life.

**Salary**: From $29.89 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Travel reimbursement

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff are trained in how to best protect themselves and the client and Personal Protective Equipment (masks, sanitiser, wipes, gloves) is supplied for staff while on shift.

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
