We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.

**Role Overview**:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals in their homes and the community, assisting them to live as independently as possible and achieve their NDIS goals.
- **_Availability for shorter shifts, sleepover shifts including weekend availability is required for this role._**:

- **_ Permanent
- part time (50 hours a fortnight minimum) based in Burleigh_**
- Empathetic and reliable, demonstrating compassion and dependability in all interactions;
- Proactive, taking initiative to meet the needs of those you support;
- Strong communicators, able to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members;
- Flexible and adaptable, open to learning and adjusting to varying support needs;
- Team-oriented, working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or community services (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility to work varying shifts;
- A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
