Comfab Products is a leading sheet metal fabrication company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality access panels to the construction industry. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated **Floor Manager / Supervisor** to join our team in Noble Park. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate Amada press brake - previous experience essential
- Operate turret punch - experience highly advantageous
- Program machines
- Set up tooling for machine operations
- Read and interpret shop drawings
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of approximately 5 staff
- Schedule jobs and forecast workloads to ensure timely project completion
- Oversee the purchasing of materials and consumables
- Maintain strict quality control to ensure all products meet industry standards
- Ensure a clean, organised, and safe work environment in line with OHS requirements
- Proven experience in effectively leading a small team and managing a shop floor
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
