**Carco **have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused **Receptionist** to work at their Midland Hub which encompasses the brands such as Nissan and Isuzu UTE.

To be considered, you will have fantastic customer service and computer skills. You will also have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills to deal with our customers and stakeholders as well as demonstrating attention to detail.

**The Role**:

- Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer all phone enquiries and operate a busy switchboard
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact
- Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by management
- Saturday half day is required

**YOU**:

- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Positive, proactive, and respectful attitude
- Enthusiastic, honest, and professional
- Computer literate and able to multitask
- Dealership receptionist experience preferred, but not essential
- ** Must be available to work the following hours**:

- Monday: 8am - 5.30pm
- Wednesday: 8am - 5pm
- Thursday: 8am - 5.30pm
- Friday: 8am - 5.30pm
- Saturday (every 2nd Saturday) 8am - 1pm
