**Your role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Constitution Hill in Northmead as a Gardener on a Permanent Full Time basis. You will be passionate about delivering assistance with the maintenance of the grounds and gardens within the village to a high-quality standard. If you are a friendly and compassionate individual who has a passion for working with their hands in an outdoors environment within a collaborative and supportive team; we would like to hear from you

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Maintain village gardens and lawns to highest possible standards;
- Pressure cleaning pathways
- Mulching gardens
- Make improvements to gardens / grounds.
- Ensure equipment is appropriate and maintained to ensure correct operation and safety.
- Ensure residents requests / needs are completed in a timely manner;
- Make recommendations on gardening issues.
- Liaise with contractors where appropriate.
- Ensure deadlines and schedules are met.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will hold;
- Previous experience in gardening or grounds maintenance
- Chemical handling certificate
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Positive attitude, approachable nature and strong service orientation
