**Your role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at **Constitution Hill Retirement Village in Northmead as a Gardener on a Full-time basis.** You will be passionate about delivering assistance with the maintenance of the grounds and gardens within the village to a high-quality standard. Working for one site, you will get job satisfaction seeing your good work appreciated by our residents of the Village who are grateful for our gardening team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Maintain village gardens and lawns to highest possible standards;
- Pressure cleaning pathways
- Mulching gardens
- Make improvements to gardens / grounds.
- Ensure equipment is appropriate and maintained to ensure correct operation and safety.
- Ensure residents requests / needs are completed in a timely manner;
- Make recommendations on gardening issues.
- Liaise with contractors where appropriate.
- Ensure deadlines and schedules are met.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous labouring experience
- Some experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, but not essential as we are happy to train someone who is quite new to this area
- A positive attitude, approachable nature and strong service orientation

- Fully vaccinated from Covid-19
- You will be available from 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday
