Group Fitness Instructor

At **Tribe41 Northmead**, we’re all about **functional group training** - high-energy, results-driven sessions that build strength, fitness, and community. We pride ourselves on delivering sessions that challenge and inspire, while creating a supportive and fun environment for both members and trainers.

We’re looking for **Group Fitness Instructors** to join our team. Whether you’re qualified, studying, or simply passionate about starting a fitness career, we want to hear from you.

**The Opportunity**:

- **Qualified Instructors**: Step straight into coaching Tribe41 sessions, leading groups with energy, expertise, and confidence.
- **Aspiring Instructors (Currently Studying)**: Learn alongside our experienced coaches while you complete your **Certificate III & IV in Fitness**. You’ll shadow, assist, and grow into a lead coaching role once qualified.
- **Not Yet Qualified (Still Interested)**: Not studying yet? No problem - still apply If you’ve got the passion and personality, we’ll guide you toward the right study pathway and help you gain experience while you work toward becoming a certified coach.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver or support **high-energy group training sessions**:

- Inspire, motivate, and connect with members every session
- Ensure classes are safe, fun, and aligned with the Tribe41 ethos
- Be an active part of the Tribe culture - teamwork, results, and positivity

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Qualified Instructors**
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Insurance (Public Liability & Professional Indemnity)
- Confident in leading groups

**Not Yet Qualified**
- Strong passion for fitness and helping people
- Great energy, communication, and willingness to learn
- Open to studying Cert III & IV with support and guidance from Tribe41

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week
