**Mad Mex** at **Marketown Newcastle** is opening soon, and we are on the lookout for energetic customer service superstars to join our team.

**About the role**:

- You will deliver amazing, authentic, and attentive customer service experiences.
- You will prepare delicious burritos, nachos, and tacos with care and pride.
- You will help us keep our restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming for our guests.
- You will support your teammates by acting with integrity, compassion, and respect.

**To be considered for this role you will**:

- Possibly have **experience** in either hospitality, retail, or QSR operations;
- Be excited about delivering awesome levels of **customer service**, restaurant **presentation,** and food **quality**:

- Possibly have **experience** with basic food handling;
- Understand the basics of **food safety** and **hygiene**;
- Have at least a medium level of **computer literacy;**:

- Have **high energy** and **initiative** levels;
- Have a **calm** and **friendly** demeanor;
- Be both **reliable** and **flexible** to work across a range of shift days and times.
