**Description**:
**The Role**:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Catering Assistant/Barista at our school in Westminster.
**Roster**:

- Up to five days over seven

**What This Role Involves**:
Assisting with food preparation (e.g. fresh-made fruit salad, sandwiches, salads, fast-food etc.)
Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
**Skills and Experiences**:
**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Essential: Experience making barista coffee (qualifications advantageous).
- A South Australian Working with Children check.
- Previous experience assisting in various aspects of kitchen operations and service.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction and work collaboratively.
- Reliability and flexibility for various days and hours.
- Exceptional food safety and cleanliness practices.
- A thorough understanding of OH&S and food safety requirements.
