The Short family currently owns and operates nine iconic venues across NSW, these venues being; The Glenmore Hotel and The Australian Heritage Hotel, both located in The Rocks, The Royal Hotel in Leichhardt, The Tudor Hotel and The Redfern, both in Redfern, The Seabreeze Beach Hotel in South West Rocks, The Toormina Hotel, Sawtell Hotel and the Moonee Beach Hotel, all located in the Coffs Harbour region.

Who are you?

We are currently seeking friendly and motivated Bar and Floor staff who want to join the friendly team at one of Sydney’s most Iconic venues.

We are looking for people who show pride and passion in the venue and in their role. The ability to have friendly banter with both the team and our guests - we want everyone who walks away from The Glenmore to remember the friendly service and the quality of product.

A bit about you:
Talkative and charismatic personality, the ability to connect and engage with guests
Some experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
Cocktail experience is highly advantageous
Cool under pressure
Motivated learner, who is keen to try new things - we will train limited experience for the right person and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Shows initiative and independence - working in a fast-paced environment you need to be quick on your feet and show the ability to make decisions that have the best outcome for service.
Hold a valid RSA card
Having your RCG as well as Gaming and TAB experience is not a must but is a bonus
