We are seeking enthusiastic Certificate III & Diploma Educators to join our team at Altona Early Years Hub. Altona Early Years Hub provides families with a state-of-the-art early years facility located on the site of the Altona College P-9 School. At the heart of this facility is the belief that each child is a competent learner from birth.

We currently have both fullt time and part time ongoing opportunities for both Certificate III and Diploma educators.

Full time Certificate III roles are working Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between the hours of 7:00 - 6:00pm.

Part time Certificate III role is working 8hrs per day, on Monday, Wednesday, Thurday and Fridays.

Part time Diploma role is working 34.5hrs per week Mondays and Fridays, 8hrs per day, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-3pm and Wednesdays 9am-5pm.

**What will you do?**
- Work collaboratively with your team to provide an appropriate developmental and enriching program for children which maximises opportunities for them to develop to their full potential
- Build and maintain positive and meaningful relationships with children, families, staff and the local community
- Be a motivated and driven Educator, who will actively contribute to the program, through detailed observations & documentation
- Build positive behaviour guidance strategies and provide spontaneous play-based learning experiences to extend on children's learning
- Contribute to a child safe environment ensuring standards are met on a daily basis

**Essential criteria for a Certificate III Educator**:

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
- Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standard
- Experience working as a Certificate III Educator in a long day care service
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
