ECMS has been providing high quality Early Childhood Education and Care to children across Melbourne for over 27 years. Our purpose is fostering lifelong learning, and if you are ready to join our team of educators and teachers who touch the lives over 5,500 children across Melbourne, we want to hear from you - no prior experience required

As a trainee educator, you will work alongside and learn from a team of highly experienced early childhood education professionals to provide high quality education and care to children from 0-6 years by:

- Establishing and developing positive, meaningful and caring relationships with children, families and the team around you
- Creating a friendly, stimulating and secure learning environment
- Assisting in delivering a challenging and supportive educational program to children aged 0 - 5 years

You will complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care over 12-months whilst working at one of our highly regarded Early Centres:

- Altona Early Years Hub
- Newport Gardens Early Years Centre
- Mossfiel Children’s Centre (Hoppers Crossing)
- Working Full-Time Monday to Friday on a rotating roster at one of the above services, and attending fortnightly classes at a TAFE across Melbourne._
