Curly's on the Corner is busy and long-established cafe in Curl Curl, we are seeking a passionate Café Manager to lead our FOH team. This is a full-time role with the opportunity for performance bonuses. Close to the beach, loved by locals and with strong focus on Australian breakfast cuisine, Curly's offers a great lifestyle on the Northern Beaches coupled with a fun and easy-going team environment.

Duties include:

- deliver awesome customer service quickly and efficiently
- lead and direct the FOH team
- stock ordering
- manage rostering and staff labour costs
- Direct FOH cleaning
- barista experience helpful but not necessary as training can be provided.

6am starts and Sunday availability essential. Minimum 2 years full time hospitality experience required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
