**Clinical Consultant**

Health Generation acts as a primary support mechanism for residential Aged Care organisations nationally, through our tailored clinical services to help solve our customers’ toughest clinical, financial, AN-ACC & compliance challenges and needs.

Our team of over 40 nurses, strive to be the experts in their field.

To note this role involves weekly extensive travel - nationally.

**The Clinical Consultant will travel to our client's facilities and provide expertise in**:

- Compliance Auditing and Assurance
- Plans for Continuous Improvement
- Care Planning and Assessment Reviews
- Clinical Care and Management
- Psychotropic Use and Behaviour Support Planning
- Restrictive Practices
- Incident and Risk Management including SIRS Compliance
- Staffing Levels and Appropriate Skill Mix for Care Recipient Acuity
- Clinical Oversight and Governance
- Infection Prevention and Control

**About You**
- You are a vibrant and experienced RN
- Your communication skills include active listening, effective written and in-person communication
- You are an analytical and critical thinker
- You are a problem solver with a can-do attitude
- You have project management skills with good time management
- You have had exposure to the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation process
- You are competent in the use of the Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- You can travel on a regular basis - this is a travelling role involving weekly interstate travel
- You hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
- You hold a current NDIS Workers Screening or are willing to obtain one
