**Join Our Team - Apprentice Carpenter**

**LJW Building Co.** is a bespoke residential builder working with architects across the **Inner West & Northern Beaches**. We’re looking for a motivated **apprentice carpenter** who takes pride in quality work and wants to learn the high-end side of the trade.

**What you’ll do / learn**
- Set-out, framing, windows/doors, cladding & decking, and detailed fixout.
- Reading plans/specs and working to tight tolerances.
- Safe work practices, site housekeeping, and coordinating with other trades.
- Occasional one-off hardwood/joinery pieces under supervision.

**Must-haves**
- **White Card**, reliable transport (P-plates OK), good spoken English & punctuality.
- Enrolled in **TAFE (or willing to enrol)** and committed to completing your apprenticeship.
- Positive attitude, takes instruction well, and cares about a clean, safe site.

**Nice-to-haves (not required)**
- Any prior site experience or a Cert II Pre-Apprenticeship.
- Basic hand tools and PPE.
- First Aid.
