**Position**: Ice Cream Shop Team Member

**Location**: 3 Southgate Avenue, Southbank

**Job Type**: Casual

**About Us**: Cups n Cones is your friendly city ice cream shop, serving up scoops of happiness one cone at a time We’re passionate about creating a fun, welcoming space for customers of all ages—and we’re looking for energetic, reliable team members who share that same love for sweet treats and great service.

**Responsibilities**: As a team member at Cups n Cones, you'll:

- Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other desserts with a smile
- Greet customers, take orders, and operate the register
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Provide a friendly and memorable customer experience
- Handle basic food prep and follow health and safety guidelines
- Work as part of a team to keep things running smoothly

**We’re Looking For**:

- A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and punctuality
- Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person
