**About the role**

The SEO Specialist role sits within **Digital Experience & Channels** within the **Movember Experience Team **on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The SEO Specialist has the primary responsibility of planning and executing a comprehensive SEO campaign that will lead to better rankings on search engines across Movember’s portfolio of websites globally. You will be responsible for setting SMART objectives, outlining the process to achieve set outcomes, and cross-functional integration at a strategic level with Brand and Content, TechMos, Product Managers and PR to successfully deliver SEO campaigns.

The position requires strong technical skills, SEO experience with a complex global brand and ability to advocate for SEO, helping to bring knowledge and understanding of its value across the organisation.

**You’ll have the opportunity to**
- Discover and review existing SEO keyword lists, audits, strategy, and roadmaps for Movember’s global portfolio of websites.
- Leveraging existing SEO documentation and tools, complete a SEO discovery that includes refreshed keyword research, a benchmark report and competitor review to provide an understanding of our current position.
- Develop and manage the measurement of Movember’s KPI’s for organic traffic, keyword rankings and core web vitals across Movember’s portfolio of websites.
- Support and assist the Performance Marketing Manager to develop, deliver, manage, and SEO tactics.
- Oversee and contribute to reporting on activity relative to SEO goals.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders across marketing and the wider business globally to align the business vision and goals.
- Establish, drive, and evolve the pipeline of innovation and testing framework to optimise SEO tactical approaches.

**For this role, you’ll need**
- Previous experience working with a global brand structure.
- 5+ years’ managing SEO functions at a similar organisation.
- Demonstrated experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog or equivalent.
- Strategic and creative thinking - always focusing on innovative, but measurable solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and solid commercial sense.
- Ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Project management skills and experience with the ability to deliver on time.

**Bonus points for**
- Tertiary qualifications (or demonstrated relevant experience) in marketing, information technology, mathematics, business, or related discipline.
