**Drainage Supervisor**

Due to continued growth across Australia, Georgiou is seeking experienced Drainage Supervisors to join our project-based civil engineering teams and play a key role in the timely construction of the project. As a Drainage Supervisor, you’ll be coordinating onsite construction activities.

**What you’re good at**:
Aside from having relevant trade background or relevant qualifications and demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar structural scope within a construction/engineering environment, You’re an engaged, detail-focused and driven leader with experience in managing and influencing groups of diverse employees and subcontractors to drive high standards of work outcomes.

You are also someone who is personable, competent in planning and organising work schedules and can build strong relationship with project stakeholders at all levels.

**What you’ll do (but not limited to)**:
Reporting our Superintendent, you will be trusted in this role to provide positive leadership to various work teams to deliver complex stand-alone construction projects in accordance with established project objectives. Your key duties involve:

- Managing a work section by leading and coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors on a detailed daily and weekly program to deliver on time and budget, while upholding a high-quality standard
- Monitoring the use of resources against budget and actual performance to meet the productivity needs.
- Participating in project meetings and Effectively communicating project and company information in a clear and concise manner with Clients and Government Authorities.
- Conducting and participating in site meetings (toolboxes, pre-start, inductions and other health and safety requirements) as well as Attending all investigations of accidents and incidents within the area of responsibility
- Driving work teams’ productivity and implementation of improvements and/or changes to improve productivity throughout the project(s).
