**The Role**

As the Venue Duty Manager, you will serve as the operational leader during your shift, overseeing all aspects of our venue’s daily functions. In addition to ensuring exceptional guest experiences, you will be instrumental in implementing initiatives that promote business growth and enhance our operational functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Leadership**:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Implement and monitor operational policies to uphold our high-quality standards.
- **Team Supervision & Development**:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to ensure optimal performance and effective shift coverage.
- Provide on-the-job training and support to cultivate a strong, cohesive team.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Guarantee an outstanding guest experience by proactively addressing concerns and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for guest issues, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- **Business Growth & Innovation**:

- Champion initiatives to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve functions and expand our service offerings, contributing to increased revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies that build on the strengths of our brand and promote sustainable growth.
- **Problem Solving & Crisis Management**:

- Tackle operational challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to ensure smooth service during your shift.
- **Administrative & Financial Duties**:

- Assist with cash handling, inventory management, and daily financial reconciliations.
- Support the execution of cost-control measures and promotional initiatives that align with our growth objectives.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
