Kaya is an early-stage startup (currently in stealth mode) founded by an ex-strategy consultant to transform startup and small business access to high-quality strategic and operational expertise. The traditional consulting paradigm is no longer fit for purpose and an increasingly decentralised world, and certainly ill-suited for startups and small businesses.

We’ve invented a unique business model that marries world-class, device-agnostic tech with a proprietary advisory engine to dispense impactful expertise that saves time, saves money, and creates value. Our early customers are ecstatic about our proposition and we have a big pipeline of exciting projects waiting to be kicked off. We’re on the lookout for superstar consultants and world-class project consultants to spearhead our global customers’ most important strategic initiatives and prove out our disruptive delivery model.

**The Role**

This is no ordinary consulting job. Kaya is a tech-enabled startup, and our customers are just as entrepreneurial as we are. The deliverables we produce are mission-critical and immediately necessary for our customers to take the next step in their journeys, and we’re providing them alongside on-demand consultations through a unique membership-based delivery model.

Expect exciting engagements, deep customer relationships, quick turnarounds, high expectations, and frequent change. If we get it right, we’ll be changing the consulting industry for good, and we’re looking for like-minded entrepreneurs to catalyse that revolution with us.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

- Deliver high-quality strategic and operational projects that align carefully to customer demands
- Communicate effectively with internal cross-functional teams
- Identify and communicate opportunities for internal process and quality improvement to delight customers
- Contribute regularly to thought leadership content pieces
- Nurture and promote a safe, inclusive and collaborative working culture

**Requirements**:
You should have:

- Extensive strategic or operational experience in fast-paced and high-growth professional environments
- Comfort and confidence engaging with and presenting to senior consultants and company leadership
- A honed ability to solve complex problems and craft data-driven solutions
- A refined consulting toolkit, including robust financial acumen, presentation development, and fully fluent English-language written and oral communication skills Fluency with digital tools across productivity, conferencing, project management and CRM (e.g. Asana, Zoom, Hubspot and Google Suite or similar)

Highly advantageous if you have:

- Previous work experience at an early-stage startup
- Consulting experience either at a professional services firm or an in-house advisory team
- Experience building or scaling digital products or platforms (side hustles count too)
