Initiative is seeking for Partnerships Associate.

It is an entry-level position within Initiative requiring an eager, proactive and energetic person who is interested in beginning a career in media.

What does a day look like for you?
- Support the team in the implementation of campaigns
- Assist in reporting and tracking budgets, savings and support in evaluating partner proposals.
- Learn the key programs and tools including but not limited to BMD, eTAM, AQX, Nielsen Net Ratings, Savannah, etc.
- Develop budget management skills of specific buys including proforma checking, account queries and approvals

- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Technical Production - Ensure the production runs smoothly and meets quality standards by coordinating equipment, personnel, and technical processes etc.

- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Verbal communication - Speaks clearly to convey information effectively to a target audience
