**About the Project**

**Reporting to the P**roject Supply Chain Manager, you will hold responsibilities for**:

- Logistics commercial role helping a large sized project with a focus on Logistics Contract Formation and Administration.
- Awareness of Bechtel’s Bid, Evaluate, Award process including associated templates and tools for establishing logistics service agreements.
- Develops pre-award activities such as Logistics service providers early engagement plans and request for budgetary information.
- Prepares Logistics service provider bid tabs, commitment authorisation and contract documents within the scope of Bechtel policies and procedures.
- Prepares logistics studies including site and Logistics service provider facility visits.
- Understands domestic and international multi-leg shipment responsibilities in support of project requirements to ensure the safe, timely, and economical delivery of goods to meet project requirements.
- Capability to arrange shipments with requisite internal and external entities.
- Assists in preparation of Logistics reports or performance metrics as required to satisfy project information requirements.
- Assists with filing and resolution of Logistics service provider claims.
- Helps timely audit and dispute resolution for processing of Logistics service provider invoices in accordance with project procedures and contractual requirements.
- Integrates safety requirements and measures in all Logistics activities.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel.
- Minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.

**Essential Experience**
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5 to 7 years of relevant Contracts and Procurement experience or 9 to 11 years of relevant Contracts and Procurement work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline.
