We're looking for a **Contracts Specialist** to join our team and play a vital role in overseeing NHVR’s contractual arrangements. In this role, you’ll manage the full contract lifecycle—from negotiating terms and ensuring compliance to monitoring performance and resolving disputes. - Reporting to the Manager - Procurement and Contracts, this position is instrumental in strengthening supplier relationships, mitigating risk, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization._

**_ Key responsibilities of this role are:_**
- Draft, negotiate, execute, monitor, renew, and close out contracts
- Provide expert advice on contract terms and compliance
- Resolve disputes and non-compliance issues
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues
- Maintain a centralised contract repository (Vendor Panel)
- Report on contract status, expiries, renewals, and risks
- Develop and implement contract frameworks and templates
- Collaborate with procurement to improve cost and process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with WH&S and NHVR policies

**_Qualifications & Experience_**

**_ Essential:_**
- 5+ years in contract management or procurement
- Degree in Supply, Procurement, Business, Commerce, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of contract management principles
