**About The Role**

We’re excited to offer a newly created opportunity for an experienced AML/CTF professional to join our internal General Counsel team as Manager, Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) Compliance. This is a rare chance to shape and lead the development of our central AML/CTF Compliance function. You’ll work closely with the General Counsel and IT teams to implement the firm’s AML/CTF Compliance Program and establish a high-performing team that supports partners, lawyers, and internal stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Play a key role in the design and implementation of AML/KYC technology solutions in collaboration with IT.
- Work with the internal and external project team to assist with the roll out the firm’s AML/CTF Compliance Program in line with Tranche 2 requirements.
- Recruit, train, and manage a centralised AML/KYC team.
- Drive service excellence, continuous improvement, and best practice across the function.
- Provide expert advice and training on AML/CTF laws and internal KYC policies.

**About you**:
You will have a compliance or legal background and will have deep experience in AML/CTF compliance. Ideally you will have worked at another law or professional services firm in a similar role.

Experience is leading teams and building up a function will also be valuable as will the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscape.

You will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and enjoy collaboration.
