We’re a passionate, well-established veterinary group of four clinics, where high-quality care for animals and top-tier service for their families go paw-in-paw. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced **Business Manager** to take the lead in shaping efficient, people-focused operations—so our clinical teams can keep doing what they do best: caring for pets.

**Your Role: Business Manager**

You’ll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the day-to-day running of **two** of our clinics and leading all non-clinical functions. This is a hands-on leadership role with variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real difference in a purpose-driven environment. You’ll manage people, processes, and performance, all while helping us grow sustainably and thoughtfully.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and streamline daily operations across both clinics
- Lead and support the teams by nurturing a positive, inclusive culture
- Monitor financial performance, track KPIs, and assist with budgets and forecasting
- Partner with clinical leaders to ensure smooth, collaborative workflows
- Recruit, onboard, and support ongoing training for non-clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
- Drive operational improvements and implement best practices
- Deliver exceptional client service and experience

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare/Veterinary Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years’ leadership experience, ideally in multi-site veterinary, healthcare, or service environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and operational know-how
- Tech-savvy; experience with veterinary practice management software is a bonus
- A genuine passion for animal care and supporting the people who make it happen
