**Key accountabilities of the role are:
- Lead, supervise and manage people, promoting ongoing professional development and effective performance through mentoring and coaching.
- Provide high level technical advice on complex debt recovery matters.
- Identify payment risks to revenue and develop and implement appropriate treatment strategies, debt collection treatments.
- Collect relevant data, evaluate objectives and prepare timely reports to executives on the delivery of outputs and performance measures.
- Monitor, analyse and challenge existing systems, practices and procedures and implement progressive solutions and appropriately support the team performance and the strategic direction of QRO.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- High level interpersonal skills and experience in leading teams in a fast paced, legislative environment.
- A record of success as a leader leading a high number of staff members and demonstrated capacity to collaborate and share resources to meet broader organisational and client needs.
- A proven track record in leading, managing and fostering a confident and capable workforce and driving a culture of collaboration and participation.
- Client focus achieving high levels of customer satisfaction in an environment with high work value, strict deadlines, and competing client priorities.
