**About The Role**:
As the leader of this team you empower, guide, coach, and develop your team so they grow, and we do too.
- Manage, maintain and improve the Linux/Unix Systems & Applications services for AC3 and customer systems
- Provide input into the design and implementation of technical solutions and services for AC3 and its customers
- Work on and lead your team on AC3 and customer related project activity as required
- Build, lead and manage a respected Linux Operations Specialists team that delivers value to our customers by focusing on service, efficiency and quality
- Keep your team happy and engaged so that they deliver customer business outcomes and achieve individual, team, and AC3 objectives
- Act as a team escalation point for high priority team or operational issues/incidents
- Develop and maintain career development plans for all team members

**Skills & Experience**:

- 2+ years’ team lead experience, in addition to extensive experience with an MSP/Systems Integrator servicing small to large clients
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading people, including selecting, developing and coaching employees, linking individual performance and development objectives to team objectives, and addressing performance issues in a timely manner
- Creative, strategic and thoughtful “hands on” leader with a “can do” approach
