**The Department**

The Monash-Cabrini Department of Musculoskeletal Health and Clinical Epidemiology comprises internationally renowned researchers in musculoskeletal epidemiology, health services research, evidence synthesis, and implementation science. We undertake high quality clinical and epidemiological research to answer clinically important questions and to promote the translation of clinical evidence into practice and policy change.

**The Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Research Assistant to join the Monash-Cabrini Department of Musculoskeletal Health and Clinical Epidemiology. The primary purpose of this position is to provide high quality research support to conduct a clinical trial.

The Research Assistant will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the conduct of the trial including participant recruitment, delivering the intervention, data collection and management. The Research Assistant may also be involved in other duties, such as contributing to writing up the results, co-authoring papers as well as other tasks.

**Skills**
- Masters or Honours degree in a health or science-related discipline
- Ability to use relevant research software, including MS Excel, NVIVo, Qualtrics
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to effectively manage your time when undertaking multiple tasks
- Ability to effectively analyse information and produce clear, succinct reports and documents
- Ability to exercise discretion, be considerate of confidentiality and privacy, adhere to ethics and study protocols.
