Your day to day tasks will include:

- providing remarkable & charismatic customer service
- making mainly classic cocktails for our customers
- creating seasonal cocktail lists for all Porteno Group venues
- ordering stock and maintaining spirits storage areas
- pre-batching cocktails for all Porteno Group venues
- training and supervising junior bar staff
- operating within a small, efficient team
- working respectfully with others in a busy environment
- looking after daily operations of the bar
- organising and scheduling bar training & product tastings for our team

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
