**About the roles**

**Position: Warehouse Assistant**

Main job duties include but not limited to the following
- Liaise with production team to prepare stocks accordingly.
- Plan and coordinate delivery to ensure accurate and timely service to customers.
- Provide services and assistances for pickup and other customers.
- Ensure the trucks are loaded appropriately to avoid any product damages.
- Communicate with sales on product or delivery related inquiries and concerns from customers.
- Track the status of order deliveries and resolve any issues with sales, driver or customer promptly.
- Manage chiller locations to facilitate dispatch process.
- Maintain chill stocks rotation and conduct stocktakes when required.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and report any issues/damages.
- Adhere to safe work culture and actively involved in eliminating any workplace hazards
- Ability to multitask, prioritise & manage time effectively for competing deadlines.
- Ad hoc and other general administrative duties.

**Skills and Experience**
- Forklift license (preferred)
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices

**Position: Warehouse Staff Smallgoods Team**

Main job duties include but not limited to the following
- Perform regular stocktake for smallgoods and other chiller items and generate report for any short, dated stocks.
- Daily location fill up from bulk locations and PO delivery
- Ensure the proper storage and handling of goods to maintain quality and integrity.
- Manage chiller item locations and stock rotation to facilitate FIFO dispatch process.
- Always keep responsible areas tidy and clean.
- Pick and prepare orders for delivery runs and assist in loading trucks if required.
- Prepare stocks to facilitate interstate despatch.
- Unloading and loading pallets from incoming/outgoing vehicles.
- Provide services and assistances for pickup and other customers.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and report any issues/damages.
- Adhere to safe work culture and actively involved in eliminating any workplace hazards
- Ability to multitask, prioritise & manage time effectively for competing deadlines.
- Ad hoc and other duties.

**Skills and Experience**
- Must have forklift license, high reach experience preferred.
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication and computer skills

Pay: $24.91 - $36.38 per hour
