Product Owner, Mortgage Digitisation

Our cross function Mortgage Tribe offers a varied role, working with key strategic business leaders, architects, feature engineers and technical squads to shape digitised solutions for product initiatives, features and offerings. From user stories to backlog and launch, you will have responsibility to provide a differentiated experience for ING’s customers, whilst ensuring value and profitability.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Obsessed about our customers, ensuring that we are delivering positive customer outcomes and experiences. Developing the product roadmap and managing the Agile team’s backlog for digitisation of mortgage offerings.
- An experienced Customer Journey Expert who can work across both the product and technology aspects of the CX. Working closely with Feature Engineers, Domain Architects, Credit Risk, Operations, Risk & Compliance as well as external vendors
- Confident with senior stakeholders (within and outside of the tribe), able to influence them and facilitate productive cross functional working partnerships.
- Ensuring stakeholder requirements have been captured and delivered based on priority, whilst maintaining and enhancing integrity of the technical features and solution

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Managed a product value chain, ideally in banking / mortgage products or similar. Understanding of the relevant business drivers
- Confidence in prioritising and ability to influence others in achieving Agile team/squad deliverables.
- Relevant experience (5+ years) in product management and delivery of customer initiatives, preferably across business and IT. Experience in process optimisation and/or project management is also ideal
- Self-leadership and is confident to work independently
- Capablility in managing and influencing stakeholder expectations to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved
- Been used to leading continuous feedback, managing change and constantly challenging teams in a learning culture
