Photography Administrative Assistant

We are looking for team members to undertake the following tasks during these photo weeks;
- Talk to families on pool deck about our service and answer any questions they may have about the photography process.
- Provide clear communication between the families and the photographer.
- Help organise the photographer (who will be in the water) to create an efficient use of time with mínimal disruption.
- Keep clear and concise records.
- Monday to Friday: 8-12noon and 3-6pm
- Weekends: 7.30am
- 1pm

This position would be perfect for someone who is studying, or has other part-time or casual work, who is looking for a casual position to supplement their other income. We are flexible with our rosters and can work around your availability week-to-week.

We move around to different venues for each of our underwater photography weeks and work there for 5-7 days depending on the Swim School schedule, so your own transport is essential. Most of our locations are within a 15-20km radius of Brisbane CBD, however we do move around to different locations including Ormeau, Berrinba, Springfield and Ipswich. Please advise your travel preferences in your cover letter.

Please note we do not currently have any work available during the school holiday periods.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.50 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
