Sydney, Australia Supervised Contact Workers Full time

We’re looking for individuals who embody kindness, respect, honesty, empathy, and professionalism in their work with families in the community.
- Serve private clients and children in care.
- Supervise contact visits, changeovers, and transportation within the community.
- Ensure the well-being of children throughout the contact process.
- Provide detailed, impartial reports on visits and changeovers.
- Excel at building rapport and establishing meaningful connections with both children and adults.
- Manage conflicts or emergencies with professionalism.
- Weekend availability is required. Weekday afternoons or evenings are a bonus, but not essential.
- A subcontractor seeking casual work who can provide reliability for designated families.
- Experienced in facilitating supervised contact sessions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible to work across various suburbs in Sydney (preferably Sydney City, Greater Western Sydney and Southern Sydney).
- Hold a valid Police Check, Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid & CPR certification, driver’s license, and have a registered car with comprehensive insurance.
- Must have public liability insurance (reimbursement will be provided, and details can be discussed further during the interview).
- Possess qualifications in fields such as social work, children’s services, psychology, family support, family law, or related areas, or are currently studying towards a qualification in social work, child protection, psychology, or a similar discipline.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Own and have experience with child restraint systems, including booster seats.

Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week
