AboutThe Role
The successful applicant will be required to assist the ownerin the smooth running of the businesswith tasksIncluding:

- Answering the phone andcommunicating effectively with clients & staff
- Managingbookings, drop offs andpick ups
- Managing accounts,Invoicing and Payments
- Maintaining accuratedigitalclient files
- Assisting with stock control
- General administration and housekeeping

About You
We’re looking for someone with:

- Aminimum of 12 monthsexperienceworking as areceptionistoradministrator
- Ademonstrated ability tofulfillthe core tasks outlined above
- A great work ethic and the ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer care
- Experience with invoicing and billing
- Confident computer skills
- Greatinitiative andgoodorganisation
- An ability to workin a fast paced workplace
