About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Motel Receptionist to join the team at Windsor Lodge Como', a well-established hotel located in Como, Western Australia. As a Motel Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel. This full-time position offers a rewarding and dynamic work environment within the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  3. Responding to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to guest stays
  5. Assisting with various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails
  6. Providing recommendations and information about local attractions, dining options, and other services
  7. Ensuring the front office area is well-presented and organised at all times
  8. Collaborating with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are well-maintained

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software
  5. A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
