Automation Planner - Prestons, NSW
The Opportunity
Due to internal movement and continuous growth & development of our team members, we are looking to bring a Automation Planner onboard to our Prestons facility as part of the Specialty Retail division at Toll Group. This Retail Fulfilment Centre, covers 32,000 square metres with state of the art automation technology and is Toll’s flagship site.
Please note the working hours for this role is for 6AM - 2PM.
As the Automation Planner, you will:
- Monitor and oversee the automation systems and ensure smooth operations for the RFC.- Customer orders are released efficiently and effectively through the creation and consistent review of master schedules to monitor both warehouse operations and customer requirements.- Successfully monitor the operations processes to ensure smooth operations and deliveries for customer.- Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders and ensure consistent communication across day and night shift workers.- Ensure work performed is aligned with Toll Group safety guidelines, and champion the Safety Obsessed mindset
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Logistics and Warehouse Management- Previous experience in an Automated warehouse environment, highly advantageous- Proven experience in developing and analysing reports related to supply chain management.- Intermediate Excel and other office-based technologies.- Demonstrated knowledge and working experience in CoR legislation
