- Excellent communication and leadership skills.Certification in meat processing or training & assessment is a plus
**Your responsibilities but not limited to**:
- Monitor, maintain and provide advice and guidance to the operational team for all things training and compliance.- Work with key stakeholders to ensure that training requirements are in line with operational needs and delivered efficiently and effectively to increase site capabilities.- Ability to work as part of the broader training team and take on tasks as required- Take ownership of projects assigned to you be accountable for deliverables and timelines.- Ensure all relevant work activity undertaken meets criteria for compliance, quality assurance and supports ongoing accreditation.- Maintenance of accurate records, files and data to ensure legislative compliance.
