We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Service (Coordinator) to lead one of our thriving programs in **Richmond.** In this exciting role, you’ll manage a passionate team, create engaging experiences for children, and build strong relationships within the school and wider community.

This permanent, **part-time opportunity** offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

**Your Week At a Glance**:

- **Monday to Friday**: 7:00AM - 9:00AM + 2:30PM - 6:00PM (on the floor with the children)
- **PLUS**: 7.5 admin hours per week (flexibility to work from home)

**You’ll Shine in This Role If You...**
Are a natural leader with a passion for helping children thrive
Have experience working with kids and can stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Communicate confidently with children, families, educators, and school staff
Love solving problems, bringing people together, and leading by example
Bring high energy, a sense of fun, and a drive to deliver outstanding programs
Hold (or are working towards) a Diploma-level qualification recognised by ACECQA (More info here)
