**The role**:
This role is permanent and full-time with some flexibility for working from home in between service times. You will start off with a 5-week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor, and Regional Manager.

**Service Hours: BSC 7:00am - 9:00am, ASC 2:30pm - 6:00pm, plus 10.5 admin hours per week.**

- Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences everyday
- Foster “GENUINE” relationships with children and their families
- Manage and roster your team of passionate educators
- Manage service compliance and medical documentation
- Be the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if you’re talking with a child, their parent, one of your team or the school Principal
- Strong problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
- You are a natural leader with an eye for detail
- Have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
- You are energetic, enthusiastic and love to have FUN
