About you: As a Partner Sales Manager, you will actively seek new partnership and referral opportunities, especially from accountants, advisors, cloud software implementers, and IT and software selection experts. Your goal is to drive growth by building a strong portfolio of channel partners who align with our Cloud ERP mission to unlock the potential of small businesses. With your experience in channel sales, you'll bring an existing network of relevant partners and provide guidance on the support needed to develop a successful channel business with highly engaged partners. Day-to-day, you will: - Exceed annual performance targets for the Partner Channel by growing subscription sales and managing a pipeline of opportunities from existing and new partners, primarily in AUS and NZ. - Use your network to develop strategies for recruiting large accounting firms (top 100) and ensure they align with our long-term objectives. - Negotiate and manage partner contracts, collaborating with partners to create joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and sales strategies - coordinating with partner marketing to streamline communications and structure. - Build and maintain strong working relationships with Access stakeholders across product, marketing, and customer success teams to provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support, while tracking and managing partner KPIs and performance. Your skills and experiences might also include: - Being firmly established in Channel sales with a proven track record of building and scaling successful Channel programs and managing long-term strategic client relationships. - A good knowledge of accounting products and experience with accounting practices, with desirable experience in B2B sales within technology, telecommunications, or similar industries. - Being seen as a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments, adaptable to dynamic settings, having a process-driven mindset with strong initiative and self-motivation. - Demonstrating excellent communication proficiency with strong written and verbal skills and being a team player eager to work in a growing, high-performing team. - Expertise across the end-to-end sales processes and adept in influencing and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
