As Head of Fund Accounting, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and developing a high performing team through a strong leadership, training and development
- Proactive management of the delivery of all fund accounting services to SLAs
- Ensure the smooth on-boarding process of new clients and transition management for all client accounts
- Lead process improvement initiatives and system implementations and upgrades
- Oversight of daily/weekly/monthly deliverables for the team
- Implement best practice methodologies

**Experience Required**:

- Excellent leadership skills and management skills
- Excellent client services skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- CA/CPA qualified
