**About the Company**

Due to continued growth, our client is now seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager who prides themselves on leading by example to manage several locations across Adelaide as well as some travel to NT and/or TAS.

**About the role**

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team across a network of locations. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Ensure performance targets are met
- Setting the financial objectives for each location
- Analyse trading performance for each location & implement improvement as required
- Monitor customer experience
- Identify training and development needs for the team
- Coaching, training, developing and performance management of all staff
- Implementation & evaluation of safe work practices, continually improving safety performance and celebrating safety achievements
- Succession planning for the continued growth, development, and retention for the staff

**About you**

To be a true success in this role you will have the following
- Strong experience in successful multi-site management
- A background in retail operations is highly regarded
- Strong belief in leading by example and supporting and developing staff
- A hands-on leader with a positive attitude
- Current drivers’ licence is essential
- Mechanical/ Automotive qualification and a trade background is highly desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in business, management, or related discipline
- Strong and effective communication skills both written and verbal
