Step into our newly refitted, spacious store at **Harbourtown DFO**, where you’ll lead a high-performing team in a top-tier location with a large stock volume and a vibrant atmosphere As **Store Manager,** you will be a key player in driving sales, inspiring a large team, and ensuring that every customer enjoys an unforgettable experience. With two Assistant Store Managers by your side, this is your chance to guide and grow a dynamic team in a state-leading store.

This is a **Full Time position**, requiring flexibility for weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

**A Day in the Life**
- Lead your large team, along with two Assistant Store Managers, to exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining an upbeat, customer-first environment.
- Oversee the management of a high volume of stock, ensuring efficient operations and minimising loss opportunities.
- Mentor, train, and inspire your team to reach new heights of performance and create a fun, engaging workplace.
- Keep the store looking fabulous with fresh visual merchandising displays and regular promotions to captivate customers.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring product availability and maximising opportunities to boost sales.
- Create effective rosters to match the store’s demand, ensuring your team is well-supported at all times.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous leadership experience in retail, ideally in high-volume stores.
- Experience in managing large teams, high stock volume, and reducing stock loss.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a fun, playful atmosphere in store.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- A high-energy, enthusiastic attitude that inspires and motivates your team and customers alike.
