Lab Organic Formulations is a manufacturing company in the beauty industry; we are part of the Performance Beauty Group with their headquarters in the US.

**The role involves**:

- Carry out quality assessment of product, packaging and finished product
- Rejection of products that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to management
- Resolving quality related issues
- Completion of Quality Control sheets recording relevant information
- Check pallet stacking
- Printing of box labels
- Preparation of pallets for shipping
- Check of bottles, ensuring they have the right product, label, weight, etc
- Check of boxes, ensuring they have the correct label, product name, etc.
- Report to Management performance of workers, and any output they provide regarding production process.

**What you need to succeed in this role**:
*EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail

*Basic Excel knowledge
- Computer knowledge.

The position is full time hours, on a casual basis.

Hourly rate starts at $35.

Pay review after 3 months of consistent employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Australia (required)
