eStore Logistics is the market leading eCommerce and omni-channel third-party Logistics provider (3PL). We are a tech enabled logistics leader, having a strong reputation as the trusted fulfilment partner for our clients which include Australia’s largest pure play online retailer, Australia’s largest online furniture retailer, more than 10 of Australia’s top 50 eCommerce businesses and many iconic retailers which have a retail store and eCommerce presence.

The business is rapidly expanding and currently has 6 fulfilment centres (FC) across Australia. eStore Logistics has recently introduced Australian-first goods to person picking technology that utilises autonomous mobile robots at its Victorian sites and continues to cement itself as a market leader in the 3PL space.

**Role Overview**:
Our People & Culture team plays a crucial role in aligning our recruitment practices with our core operational needs and values, fostering a culture of excellence across the organisation.

The role has the flexibility to start early and finish early to support the sites in covering the Operational opening hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sourcing and Recruitment**: Proactively manage job postings, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and oversee group assessments.

**What We are Looking For**:

- Having worked in a labour hire environment is preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with HR databases, recruitment software, and understanding of payroll, Time & Attendance or HR systems.
- Able and willing to travel to Melbourne on an as needs basis
- Proactive and strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to build rapport with the Operations Team, particularly blue collar
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Strong work ethic
