**Your Impact**

An exciting opportunity has come available for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Welshpool facility. Reporting to the Operations Lead you will be responsible to drive high performance empowering and engaging an operational team to meet established Supply Chain - Distribution objectives which include safety, warehouse management, inventory, customer service and chain of responsibility

**Note** - This is a 6am-2pm shift from Monday to Friday.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure customer service and business KPI’s for the site/shift are met
- Distribution and team management
- Management of inventory and labour planning
- Third party supplier management, such as transport providers
- Continuous identification and elimination of waste in the Distribution value streams
- Improve organisation effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture
- Ensure health & wellbeing for our people and the environment through focussed programs and adherence to compliance

**About You**
- Prior experience in a similar role; either within FMCG or Consumer Goods environment
- Strong leadership capability and ability to manage perm and casual workforce
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft excel
- Excellent communication, influencing and change management skills, with management and shop floor personnel
- Demonstrated experience initiating and delivering continuous improvement projects
- Strong organisation and time management
- Demonstrated ability to drive and manage your own workload as well as coach others
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO and COR - advantageous
