**Warehouse Team Leader - Crown Perth**

- As a Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for technical and operational activities within the Warehouse. You will ensure the accuracy of inventory is maintained while making sure stock is received and available to various business units in a timely and orderly manner. You will also perform a hands-on Storeperson role as required to meet the needs of our business, customers, and suppliers.
- You will be working a 9 day fortnight, with shifts operating within the Warehouse business hours of 5:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Sunday.
- To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Previous relevant experience within a Stores environment
- Working knowledge of Purchasing Software / Inventory Control Systems
- Displays a high commitment to improving Customer Service
- Motivates others to achieve business objectives and work as a team
- Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances.
- Ability to understand the strategic vision of the Company and how it impacts on the department
- Anticipates and assess issues, risks or opportunities and applies effective and creative solutions
- Achieves agreed objectives and accepts accountability for results
- Has proven employee and customer orientation
- Qualifications required:

- Forklift and West Australian Driver’s License
