Leading Australian Cosmetic company is looking for a Demand & Supply Planner with FMCG / Cosmetic experience to join their team in a permanent capacity.

**About the role**:

- Ownership and management of the inventory planning excel based tool
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to uncover demand drivers and generate a demand forecast
- Alignment of commercial plans and initiatives with forward sales plans
- Work closely with other Supply Team members to support the end-to-end flow of products from suppliers to customers.
- Compare Forecasts valuation to Budgets/Reforecasts
- Manage freight forwarder relationships
- Track and approve freight movements
- Item receipts in ERP system based on warehouse GRN
- Purchase order raising, tracking and maintenance
- Supplier DIFOT tracking
- Management of pre-payment suppliers

**Essentials**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience deemed equivalent
- Proven Demand planning experience within FMCG / Cosmetics
- Experience with Bill of Materials, components, and finished goods purchasing/management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
